SALES TEAM PROMOTIONS AND NEW HIRE ANNOUNCED
Congratulations to Bob Peavler, Davied Lunsford, Annamarie Worrell, Tony Harris and Thomas Bush, all serving in new sales capacities.
Many of you have met or had the pleasure to work with Davied Lunsford, who most recently served as sales manager for our Niceville headquarters location.
With the continued expansion of Emerald Coast Marine including the addition of a second location in Orange Beach, AL and an outlet location in Destin, we have reorganized our sales department to better manage growth and inventory while enhancing the customer experience.
We are very pleased to announce Davied’s promotion to the new position of general sales manager, with responsibility for overseeing new and premium preowned sales activities in all three ECM locations. Congrats Davied on a job well done!
In addition, Bob Peavler who has worn a few key leadership hats since our founding was appointed to serve as a sales manager with direct responsibility for managing the Niceville and Destin store locations. Way to go, Bob!
Our former boat club and marketing manager Annamarie Worrell is thrilled about shifting career gears. Annamarie will continue to manage the boat club, but now is a full-time member of the sales team. As a marine consultant, she is excited to share her love for the water and help customers find the perfect boat for their lifestyle and budget.
We also are also pleased to welcome two new marine consultants to our team, Tony Harris and Thomas Bush. Thomas is a die-hard sport fisherman who has spent his entire life boating and fishing on the Emerald Coast. A former golf pro, he has put down the clubs in exchange for his rod and reel. We welcome them to the ECM team!
All of our sales team members are looking forward to a great season ahead and the opportunity to help our friends find the much-awaited boat of their dreams!

MEET OUR NEW CREATIVE SERVICES AND MARKETING MANAGER
A new position was created in the marketing department for a creative services guru!
We are very excited to welcome Jason Bettis to the Emerald Coast Family. Prior to joining ECM Group, he worked as a marketing director for a fast-growing outdoor recreational company in the hunting and fishing space. He brings a wealth of talent to the dealership including graphic design, video, and photography and will serve as a point on our 2020 special events.
Jason joins our Chief Marketing Officer Wanda Kenton Smith who has recently relocated from SW Florida to put down permanent roots in the area.
Both Jason and Wanda look forward to becoming personally acquainted with our ECM family in the days ahead!

As you may know, former ECM Yachts broker Jeff Orbin Orbin has relocated to St. Louis to be closer to family. We all appreciate Jeff’s many contributions to the success of ECM over the past few years and wish him much happiness in the days ahead!

In case you haven’t had a chance to meet our new service department powerhouse, we’re pleased to introduce Traci Polk Malambri!
Traci is a highly seasoned and well-respected marine industry professional who has worked in a variety of leadership roles with top retailers throughout the area. ECM Group is pleased to announce Traci’s recent appointment as our service department manager. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to meet Traci soon and know you will find her high level of customer service and industry knowledge and expertise to prove very beneficial!
The Service Department is also pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Provenzano who has moved from the marina division to our service detail department. Welcome, Matt!

HURRY! RESERVE NOW FOR HURRICANE HAUL-OUT PROGRAM!
There is no time like the present to prepare and plan for hurricanes!
Our Hurricane Haul Out program has limited availability and Accounts Manager Kelly Stage is currently accepting new program reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We highly encourage our customers to take full advantage of this program to protect your vessel in the case of a hurricane. Our hurricane-rated dry storage facility provides the best protection possible in the event of a storm.

ORANGE BEACH LOCATION GEARS UP FOR BUSY SEASON
Our team at the Orange Beach location, conveniently situated at The Wharf, is well underway in planning for a great year ahead!
GM Steve Grimm, marine consultant Theo Kouvarakis and yacht brokers Michael Ludvingsen and Jerry Graham
are all working on a major launch for the upcoming Wharf Boat Show in March.
The facility is looking great, with some internal expansion plans coming in the near future to accommodate parts and service.
