Tantalizing Tuna Poke

1 ½ lb sushi grade tuna

1 each red pepper, roasted and diced

½ mango, diced

½ bunch green onion, chopped

1 TBS sweet soy reduction

Tortilla Chips    

Directions

1. Combine the first 5 ingredients and allow to stand for five minutes.
2. Place in bowl, ring mold or on plate and serve with tortilla chips.
